The birth of a child is beginning of a whole new life.  Through support, encouragement, and labor techniques, I will strive to guide you through a wonderful birth experience that results in a sense of empowerment and pride when you look into the eyes of your little one.

What I provide:

• Atleast one meeting prior to birth
• Available at all times through phone or email
• Creating a birth plan
• Support through pregnancy, labor, and post-birth:

Ultimately, I let you choose what role you want me to have. I can take pictures during the labor, help in assisting fathers support you, or I can be your main supporter.  I am availble to help with care initially after you have the baby, whether it's night cares, helping care for other children or your baby while you are gettin things done, or just resting.

I work as a Certified Nursing Assistant, so I currently do not charge for my services. Birth is my passion, I'm doing this for my own gratification, and also to help gain experience for midwifery school. I am currently looking for clients due May through August. I can take clients due before or after then, but being that I am in school, I cannot 100% guarantee that I will be able to make it to all of your birth. I'm available for Ames, Iowa and the surrounding areas
