A doula is the ultimate birth coach. My duty as a doula is to comfort and support you through your birth. Whether that be at home or in the hospital, I am your advocate to give you the best birth experience. I do not replace the role of the father or other supporters. I can take on that role if that is the wish of the mother, otherwise, the doula simply enhances the role of the supporters and helps reccommend techniques and provides emotional support.
